Explain the service
AMZ12 welcomes suggestions for tools relevant to running an online store. Send the official product name, provider website and the store workflow it supports. Explain which users it is intended for and what distinguishes the use case from products already covered. A concise, verifiable description is more useful than a long promotional pitch.
Provide public evidence
Link to documentation that supports important capabilities and restrictions. If access, geography or a specific plan affects the feature, say so. Identify your relationship to the provider, including employment, ownership, agency or referral interests. Do not submit private customer records, confidential contracts, paid access credentials or material you are not entitled to share.
Understand the editorial decision
A suggestion does not guarantee a listing, review, favourable conclusion or publication date. Coverage depends on relevance, evidence and editorial priorities. AMZ12 does not promise a hands-on assessment merely because a provider offers a trial. Any commercial proposal should be identified separately so that it is not confused with an ordinary editorial suggestion.
