Reading and navigation
AMZ12 aims to make articles, directories and forms usable across desktop and mobile screens. Pages use semantic headings, descriptive links and layouts that adapt to narrow widths. Text can be enlarged using browser controls. The design uses a white canvas and restrained accent colours to keep the reading hierarchy clear without relying on decorative backgrounds.
Interactive features
Menus and enquiry controls are intended to work with a keyboard. The tool enquiry dialog supports a close button and Escape, manages keyboard focus and returns focus to its trigger. Its ordinary link also leads to a form page when scripting is unavailable. Validation and submission feedback should explain the problem in text rather than through colour alone.
Report a specific barrier
Use contact or [email protected] if a feature prevents access. Include the page address, the action attempted, your browser or assistive technology and the result. Do not include passwords or sensitive account information. If a form itself is inaccessible, email the same information so the reporting route does not depend on that form.
Scope and ongoing work
This statement describes the intended approach and available reporting route; it is not a claim of independent certification or universal compatibility. External provider websites are controlled by their owners and can behave differently. Updates can introduce new issues, so a reproducible report is useful. Read corrections for related editorial reporting and privacy before submitting personal details.
